Coach Anthony has a Masters in Physical Education and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and CrossFit Level 3 Trainer with 20+ years of experience in the worlds of sports performance, coaching and strength training. Anthony has helped people of all experience levels and backgrounds take their strength and performance to the next level with fun AND effective programming that you can trust. Click the “Apply Now” button to fill out the questionnaire and a coach will reach out to you within 24 hours.
Interview/Chat with a Coach
You and your coach will discuss your history, lifestyle, goals, and limitations. Your coach will explain the plan of action and how your personalized program will help you address those limitations and finally reach your goals.
Account Set-up & Payment
We will set you up with an account on our mobile fitness app, TrueCoach. This is where your workouts will be house, as well as demonstration videos, in-depth instructions a place to track progress and a private chat room for you and your coach. This is also where you will set-up recurring monthly payments by adding a credit/debit card. You may cancel at any time with an appropriate notice.
Begin Your Program (+ Assessment)
You FINALLY get to begin your program! The number of days per week, duration and overall structure of the program will be decided on during your chat/interview with your coach. A initial movement assessment will be completed, if needed.
