What equipment do I need?
We understand that everyone has slightly different access to equipment, so we have designed the program in a way that allows you to slightly modify movements based on equipment availability.
If you want to be able to follow our Elevate programs as written, the following equipment is recommended:
Barbell and Weight Plates
Bench
Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells
Stability Ball
Cable Machine and/or Bands
Pull-Up Bar
TRX and/or Suspension Trainer Equivalent
Bands (a few different thicknesses)
Cardio Options (Anything you want!)
This program has a lot of variability, and therefore requires a decent amount of equipment! However, you always have the option to make modifications if you don’t have certain pieces of equipment.
Do I need experience?
It helps! Our Elevate Program was designed for those who have some experience working with dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells.
If you have absolutely no prior gym or lifting experience, please reach out to us and we will find the perfect fit for you!
Do I have to start at the beginning of a new phase or can I start anytime?
Prime Elevate has rolling admission, so you can start anytime, however you will be joining at the current point of the program. So, for example if the new program went out on January 1st and you join on January 14th, you will be starting on Day 14 of that program. Programs are 4 weeks long, so a new one is released every 4 weeks. Within the 4 weeks, there are built in progressions, so if you end up starting halfway through, you will be doing the same workouts as you would have in week one, but there may be additional reps or sets.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No minimum length terms or contracts! If you want to cancel your subscription, you can simply message us in the Wodify app and we'll take care of it for you!
What if I have questions about the workouts?
You can shoot us an email or message us right inside of the Wodify app and one of our coaches will get back to you ASAP.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes! Subscriptions auto-renew each month so that you don't have to purchase the next phase every time one is coming to an end, and instead you simply get the new program uploaded straight to your account! Of course, you can cancel any time so if at any point you're not interested in continuing on, you can simply message us through the TrueCoach app and we will take care of cancelling your subscription!
